For admins & coaches
Everything you need to create polls, manage votes, and read charts and results.
Rich poll setup
Name your poll, set start and end dates, and choose single-answer or 3-2-1 scoring. Polls can be one-off or round-based.
Scheduled open & close
Polls open automatically when the start date passes and close when the end date is reached. Admins can override anytime.
Dashboard at a glance
Your dashboard shows every open poll with a mini results chart and top three answers so you can see how voting is going without opening each poll.
Results charts
Pie and line charts on each poll's Overview tab show vote share and trends over time. Pin a line-chart tooltip to compare values across dates.
Customisation
Upload a cover image on the Customisation tab and tailor reminder email copy. The image appears on the poll detail page and public vote form.
Vote management
Add, edit, or remove votes as an admin. Filter participants by round and see who has voted with a clear voted / not yet view.
Merge vote options
Combine free-text answers like "Smith" and "smith" into one tally without changing the underlying votes.
Regenerate public links
If a share link is compromised, roll a new public ID without losing any votes or results.
For voters
A simple experience for players, parents, and supporters — no app install.
No account to vote
Guests enter their name and email on a mobile-friendly form. Details are remembered on the same device for next time.
One vote per poll or round
Single-vote polls allow one submission per email. Round-based polls enforce one vote per round so seasons stay fair.
Remind me when open
After voting, guests can opt in to email reminders when voting opens or closes again — unsubscribe anytime per poll.
Round notifications
When admins open a new round or finalize one, subscribed voters receive a friendly email with the poll name and link.

Sensible defaults with the flexibility admins expect.
Activity Log
Every poll has an Activity Log tab — poll changes, vote edits, merges, and deletions are recorded so you always know what happened.
Admin-only app
The management app is behind authentication. Public voters only see the vote form for the link they were sent.
